Research and Planning for a Trailer
I feel like Dishonored has one of the strongest gameplay trailers. It shows off the environment and the gameplay paired with the song chosen all play off each other perfectly. For my own trailer I would like to do something around 0:00-0:30 / 1:20-1:30 / 1:37-1:42 / 2:10-2:17
I think these moments show off the game perfectly and it works really well with transitioning to different parts of the game and it's props and lighting. This is what I want to do with a lot of my game, with shots that show off the environment panning either eagles eye or worms eye. Eventually doing some close-ups on some props, and more detail that show story telling. And have dialogue of whats going over the trailer, about where we are and relate it to what the player is looking at.
